Performance Features

1.  This machine is used for cutting profiles of aluminum doors and windows and curtain wall.

2.  The two saw heads can be converted at 45°and 90°, which is more fit for system doors and windows and engineering doors and windows.

3. The machine bed adopts linear guide rail, and the feed motion adopts rectangular guide rail, which ensures the cutting accuracy.

4. The welded 6mm square tube and the saw head is cast one-piece, which ensures the accuracy and durability.

5. Cutting inward 45°, no need adding profile height. Ultra-wide cutting, the shortest distance cutting is short.

6. The new appearance is equipped with advanced numerical control system, Airtac pneumatic components and Schneider electric components, which greatly improves the stability of the machine.
