Performance Features

1. This machine is widely used in broken-bridge aluminum doors and windows. By setting the working mode and size, automatic feeding, cutting, and manipulator automatic sorting of scraps and finished products. While cutting profiles, movable corner connector holes and glue injection holes can be drilled and milled at the same time.

2. The cutting part adopts a cast one-piece structure, weighing up to 4 tons, and is processed in one go using a horizontal machining center, ensuring the precision of cutting and the concentricity of rotation.

3. The loading and unloading sections are all welded with industrial rectangular tube. After welding, they undergo professional aging treatment to remove internal stress.

4. After professional machining by CNC gantry, the tolerance is guaranteed to be 20μm, ensuring the feeding accuracy and the stability of the running speed.

5.  The 6mm steel rectangular tube and plate are professionally welded and precision processed to achieve the perfect combination of mechanical stability and operating speed.

6. The CNC control system adopts DAZU Intelligent Control operating system, comes with optimization software, and supports multi-axis linkage. The operating system interface is intuitive, easy to switch between automatic and manual, one-click import of optimization data, equipped with a monitoring interface for better troubleshooting, one-click start, and visual positioning of the robot hand wheel, which is more convenient.

7. Equipped with automatic feeding mechanism to save labor. It can load the entire profile, automatically feed, cut, and discharge. The entire process is closely coordinated, sensitive in action, safe and reliable. Equipped with a standard clamping system, 45° and 90° cutting can be completed with one clamping, with high cutting accuracy.

8. It adopts Taiwan Dinghan guide rails, racks and high-strength ball screws. The chassis part adopts common rail technology, the shortest distance is smaller, the accuracy is higher, and the stable pressing method greatly improves the processing accuracy and stability. After the ball screw is pre-stretched, the transmission rigidity is greatly increased and the influence of thermal deformation generated during movement is eliminated, thus ensuring the positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
